SRPM is capable of simultaneous 5 Axis machining for complex features and parts as well as high speed contour milling. Parts that require close positional accuracy in multiple planes are well suited for this process.  

Our Hermle 5 Axis machining center is constructed using a mineral casting which provides excellent cushioning properties, very low thermal conductivity and is not hygroscopic resulting in the following.
